Students from Grade 5 and 6 had the delightful opportunity to indulge in one of Switzerland’s most beloved exports: its world-renowned chocolate.

Known for its exquisite quality and creamy texture, Swiss chocolate has captured hearts and taste buds worldwide. And who better to introduce us to the magic of this confection than esteemed experts from the heart of Switzerland’s culinary world!

以其优质选材和细腻口感著称,瑞士巧克力已收获全世界人们的喜爱,征服他们的味蕾。介绍这种糖果的魔力,没人能比来自瑞士烹饪界受人爱戴的专家更好了!


We were honoured to welcome the Culinary Arts Academy of Switzerland—a prestigious member of the Swiss Education Group—and the accomplished Michelin-starred Chef Martin

我们很荣幸可以邀请到瑞士烹饪艺术学院-瑞士教育集团一位享誉盛名的成员-成就卓越的米其林星级厨师Martin


Students learned about how as a leader in the Swiss culinary education sector, the academy not only teaches the art of fine chocolate but also embraces a broader culinary excellence, preparing future chefs to uphold and evolve the treasured craft of a chocolatier. 

学生学到了学院作为瑞士烹饪教育领域的领航人,如何不仅传授上佳巧克力的制作艺术,还接受更广的烹饪技巧,培养未来的厨师成为秉持和优化珍贵工艺的巧克力制造者。

Students enjoyed a live chocolate-making demonstration led by Chef Martin himself. Chef Martin’s expertise and enthusiasm for chocolate were evident as he began to work his magic, sharing tips and techniques that brought the process to life choosing to create cherry chocolates.

学生享受了由Martin厨师现场制作的巧克力。当Martin厨师开始施展魔法的时候,他的专业和对巧克力的热情显而易见,他一边分享着心得和技巧,一边制作樱桃巧克力。

As he worked, he explained the nuances of each step, from selecting the finest ingredients to achieving the perfect tempering process. 

在这个过程中,他解释每一步的巧妙之处,从筛选优质食材到达到完美诱人的阶段。


His artistry and precision underscored why he holds the Michelin distinction; every detail, from the texture to the presentation, was considered with care.

他的工艺和精确度强调了他拥有米其林荣誉的原因;每一个细节,从质地到呈现,都经过仔细考量。


The cherry chocolates that Chef Martin created were truly a feast for the senses. As students sampled them, they experienced the symphony of flavours and textures that Swiss chocolate is known for—creamy, rich, and luxuriously smooth, with the bright burst of cherry adding a refreshing contrast.

Martin厨师制作的樱桃巧克力是一场真正的味觉盛宴。当学生品尝的时候,他们体验到香味和质感的和谐交织,瑞士巧克力以细腻、丰富和丝滑著称,樱桃的鲜脆增添了清新的味觉冲击。


The demonstration not only educated students in traditional techniques but also encouraged innovation and creativity, opening up new paths in the world of fine chocolate and beyond. 

现场演示不仅是用传统制作方式教育学生,而且还鼓励革新和创意,打开世界上通向上佳和更佳的巧克力的新道路。

As the demonstration concluded, students were left with a profound appreciation for the skill and artistry behind each piece of Swiss chocolate.

As students savoured the final bites, they couldn’t help but feel inspired by the passion, skill, and dedication of those who continue to elevate Swiss chocolate to new heights. 

当学生品尝完最后一口的时候,他们不禁被不断提升瑞士巧克力到新高度的热情、技艺和决心所启发。


Students left with a new appreciation for the sweet legacy that Switzerland has shared with the world—the art of chocolate!

学生再一次感激瑞士分享给全世界的甜蜜文化遗产-巧克力艺术。
