The K1 children demonstrated a good understanding of their feelings. They were able to identify different emotions and use simple words to describe how they felt. For Thanksgiving, they confidently shared what they were thankful for, including their family, teachers, friends, food, and clothes, demonstrating growing awareness and appreciation for their experiences.

在反思中,K1 的孩子们展示了对我们“情绪”主题的良好理解。他们能够识别不同的情绪,并用简单的词语描述自己的感受。在感恩节活动中,他们自信地分享了自己心怀感激的事物,包括家人、老师、朋友、食物和衣物,表现出对自身经历的逐渐理解和珍惜。

Students participated in paired storytelling, alternating parts to practise listening and responding kindly, and then discussed how their interactions had changed the stories’ endings.

学生们进行了两人对讲故事活动,轮流分饰角色,练习倾听与友好回应,随后讨论了他们的互动如何改变了故事的结局。

This week, the children revisited the goals they set with their parents during the three-way conferences. Together, we explored how to take small, meaningful steps toward achieving their goals, ensuring a path to success.

本周,孩子们回顾了他们在三方会议期间与父母设定的目标。我们一起探讨了如何采取一些小的、有意义的步骤来实现这些目标,确保能够走上成功之路。

This week in early years music, we started Unit 2: How to Express Ourselves. In Kindergarten 1, we continued playing bells during a dance to showcase students' ability to handle them while dancing. In Kindergarten 2, they began learning handbells to demonstrate their ability to play them.

在这周的幼儿音乐课上,我们开启了第二单元:如何表达自己。在K1,我们继续在舞蹈中演奏铃铛,以展示学生在跳舞时演奏铃铛的能力。K2学生开始学习手铃。
